Manufacturing Engineer

Our Manufacturing Engineers apply engineering principles and processes to design innovative, quality components for the customers we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering department and process documents for all fabrication
  • Oversee programming of all machinery
  • New SKU creation, routes, and BOMs
  • Train the programming team on all aspects of new and existing machinery
  • Develop and design the component parts, and systems
  • Research and test products to analyze performance, design, and operation of each
  • Develop current and potential team leaders to become more effective at their current or future roles
  • Work with operations and sales leaders to effectively handle requests and solve problems
  • Develop, implement, and uphold Engineering standards and practices
  • Oversee and assist in team member engagement strategies
  • Proven Leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Public speaking ability
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Auto CAD
  • SolidWorks
  • Sigmanest (preferred, not required)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Travel:

Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship now or in the future.
