Responsibilities
System Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for applications supported by the IT third-party team.
- Manage system updates, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and third-party support.
- Serve as the secondary administrator for the Coupa P2P platform, assisting with configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Configure and maintain Coupa modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, and Coupa Pay.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Process Management
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of third-party applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements including P2P and other financial processes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system use and administration processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Support change management initiatives related to third-party applications and accounts payable processes.
- Coordinate and perform testing during upgrade cycles.
User Support & Training
- Provide support to internal stakeholders and suppliers for system-related inquiries and issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of third-party applications.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate requirements and resolve issues.
- Escalate performance and functional issues with third-party vendor support.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for third-party applications.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on system data and trends.
General Support:
- Support administrative responsibilities for other financial systems as needed
- Assist third party vendor(s) in troubleshooting user application issues and requests
Skills & Qualifications
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Coupa or similar P2P systems.
- 3+ years supporting Accounting/Finance related platforms
- Experience with procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Coupa modules and system configuration.
- Familiarity with P2P workflows, procurement policies, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of integration methods between Coupa and ERP systems (e.g. MS GP, Blackline, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of API connections and file exchanges (CSV, XML).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Other Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of criminal background check, meeting requirements set forth by the company as well as TSA (as required by location)
- Flexible work schedule may include working overtime, nights, on weekends, holidays, and be on call
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
