Job Description:

The Manufacturing Specialists direct train schedule and coordinate daily production within multiple areas of Raw Materials department. Ensure technician training is completed in a timely manner, perform technician training and review documentation. Ensure all resources and supplies are available for day-to-day operations.

  1. Daily oversight of technicians. Assigns and coordinates workload to assure maximum efficiency.
  2. Responsible for training new technicians including GMP Compliance, Safety and Standard Operation Procedures.
  3. Provide manufacturing expertise and experience, possesses a detailed knowledge and processes in multiple production areas.
  4. Assertively cross-trained in diverse areas.
  5. Participates in special projects, coordinates technician assignments in multiple departments.
  6. Issues raw material production documents and assists in record review.
  7. Assess production activities, provide recommendations for process improvements, corrective actions, and training needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • No Experience required w/bachelors
  • 1 to 5 Years related experience (Minimum 1 year w/o Bachelors) required
  • Lead Experience desired
  • Pharmaceutical Experience and FDA Regulated Experience preferred
  • Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point experience required
  • Mechanical Aptitude ,Manual Dexterity, Basic cGMP and Basic Sanitization Process(es) required
  • Respirator Clearance Required
  • Ability to lift 60lbs unassisted required
  • Repetitive Activity, Pushing/Pulling, Prolonged Sitting and Standing and Twisting Required
  • Exposure to Allergens required
  • Working in confined Spaces required
  • Minimal Travel < 10% required

Shift: Weekday Days, Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

  • Hiring Wage: $ $30.93- $ $41.85 hr depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
