As our Lifeguard Coordinator, you'll take charge of daily aquatic operations, lead and mentor our lifeguard team, and ensure every swimmer enjoys a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained pool environment.

What You'll Do:

  Lead by example - actively monitor the pool, enforce safety rules, and remain rescue-ready at all times.

  Train, mentor, and onboard new aquatic staff to build a confident, high-performing team.

  Assess swimmers' abilities to ensure everyone stays within safe areas for their skill level.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain pool safety compliance, including chemical checks, pool logs, and equipment readiness.

  
  
• 
  

  Address safety hazards quickly and effectively, creating a secure space for all members.

• Must be a minimum of 21years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to obtain the Lifeguard instructor certification within 90 days.
• Schedule is Sunday - Thursday with varied hours.
