*We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our Salt Lake City, UT*

* Shift M-F, Typical 9-5 < can be flexible a bit *

As an Operations Partner for E-Commerce in North America, you will be responsible for supporting the timely flow and delivery of packages to the end consumers, by working on the daily planning, monitoring, and tracking of packages from creation to final delivery, identifying potential delays, investigating root causes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues. This is a non-facility-based role that requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to manage performance across a distributed carrier network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of package lifecycle data to identify parcels at risk of delay.

  • Coordinate and process shipments daily with internal/external parties

  • Work with the warehouse operations (internal/external) to ensure timely pickups and proactively manage any issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for delayed shipments and ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with service providers (transportation, last mile, warehouse, sortation providers) to mitigate delivery risks and improve service levels.

  • Escalate systemic issues and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance delivery performance.

  • Deliver regular reports and insights on delay trends, resolution metrics, and carrier performance.

  • Help with customer service issues as they arise

  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in logistics operations
  • Technical Skills:MS Office,with intermediate-advanced MS Excel knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with last-mile carriers or in a network operations center is a plus.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Pay Range:

$50,000-$62,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
