As a Maintenance Laborer, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting mining operations through physical labor and teamwork. Key responsibilities include sample collection, trench work, and pipe installation, all while helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Essential Responsibilities: Support mining operations by performing tasks as part of the labor crew Assist with sample collection, pipe installation, and trench backfilling Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation Collaborate professionally and clearly with team members Promote safety and productivity by following all company, client, and regulatory safety guidelines Qualifications: Mining experience is an asset Understanding of mining safety practices and MSHA regulations MSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal certification is preferred Must possess valid drivers license Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and alcohol screening Work Conditions: Overtime availability may be necessary Additional Information Ledcor Heavy Civil and Mining services reach across the lifespan of a mine, from facility construction, to full-scale contract mining of coal, minerals, or metals, all the way to mine reclamation.
