Responsibilities:



  • Ensure adherence to daily production, packaging, and bagging schedules while maintaining adequate packaging material inventory (cartons, bags, inserters, liners)
  • Set up and adjust case erector measurements and bag inserter programming according to product specifications; change case sizes as required
  • Monitor and verify bag sealing temperatures, box strength, and overall packaging quality; complete regular verification checks
  • Operate packaging equipment including feeding cases and removing from discharge conveyor; communicate maintenance concerns to appropriate teams
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with quality assurance, GMPs, safety protocols, and government regulations
  • Utilize Aspire AOE training with Centerline and CIL daily management systems
  • Participate in root cause analysis, daily area walks, and continuous improvement initiatives while training others on standard work procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and training.


  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as production schedules, safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to complete routine reports
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software. Ability to learn new computer software as required by the company



Shift: 1st

Hourly Rate: $20-$21.25
