EnSafe is accepting applications for an Administrative and Reports Specialist based out of our Memphis, TN office.

EnSafe specializes in custom solutions in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology, with offices operating within the U.S.

What We Are Looking For:

As an Administrative and Reports Specialist, you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Process reports - formatting, confirming appropriate styles, and compiling reports (electronically in PDF format and/or printed hard copies in binders)
  • Grammar/Syntax review of documents, reports, letters, proposals, etc.
  • Conducting data entry
  • Organizing and maintaining confidential client files
  • Assisting staff with internal overhead processes (travel scheduling, scanning reports/documents, photocopying, expense reports, etc.)
  • General office duties (phone, mail, FedEx shipping, filing, production of training materials, stocking break room items and supplies, etc.)
  • Other general duties that arise.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint).
  • Must be a highly organized and meticulous individual; able to collaborate effectively with multiple offices at one time, manage multiple tasks and assignments; ability to work with strict deadlines/under pressure, have a pleasant, can-do attitude, and use critical thinking.
  • A college degree is a plus but not required.
