We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy, execution, and performance optimization. This role will focus on building and executing digital campaigns that strengthen our brand, drive lead generation, and support our manufacturing and services business across multiple industries and geographies.

This role will partner closely with our marketing analyst who will pull and prepare data, enabling you to focus on strategic decision-making, campaign optimization, and translating insights into actionable plans.

Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution


  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Plan, design, and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns, including template creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across web, paid search, social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Work with product, sales, and service teams to align messaging and marketing initiatives with customer needs.


Content & Brand Development


  • Oversee website content and functionality, ensuring an engaging, accurate, and brand-consistent experience.
  • Curate, write, and design copy and content (including graphics, videos, blogs, case studies, and social posts) that support digital campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all digital touchpoints.


Data-Driven Optimization


  • Collaborate with the marketing analyst to review campaign analytics and performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and enhance engagement.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging digital technologies.


Collaboration & Vendor Management


  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies or freelancers to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Provide direction and feedback to creative partners and marketing support staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B services setting.
  • Proven track record in executing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and SalesForce.
  • Strong creative and communication skills with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
