Mission
Receives the tender documentation, analyzes the file and the customer's requirements, carries out the studies and finds the technical, economic and financial solutions best suited to the project until the tender is submitted.
Main Responsibilities
- Studies the documents of the tender or of the customer's request
- Analyzes the project: technical validity, proposal of variants, assessment of risks and opportunities
- Controls the plans and ensures the taking of measurements by learning about the land and its characteristics, calculates the cubic volumes and the measurements, etc.
- Consults suppliers and sub-contractors in search of the best services and prices
- Assesses the project: prepares price sub-details and sets the sales price in collaboration with his/her hierarchy
- Prepares and drafts the technical file of the response to a call for tenders (technical brief, schedule, etc.)
- Follows the tender documentation until its awarding: sales relationship with the customer and/or his/her representatives
- Organizes the submission of the offer to the customer in compliance with the deadlines and the imposed formalism
- Coordinates relations with support services (technical, legal, insurance, etc.) and Operations upstream, during and downstream of the job to capitalize on feedback.
- Possibly supervises price study technicians, heads of technical research
