INTERNSHIP FORMAT

This internship will follow a hybrid/in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2026.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

The Growth Audiences Marketing Performance Team is seeking a driven, enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join us!

In this role, you will own/lead a unique assignment to help implement customer-centric marketing strategies, participate in creative campaigns, perform market analysis, and gain hands-on experience in marketing techniques - A passion for data and its ability to inform decisions is essential.

We are committed to supporting our interns' growth by enhancing their cultural competency, a key factor in succeeding in growth audience marketing. This involves developing a deep understanding of cultural diversity through research, meaningful interactions, and firsthand experiences. Interns will learn to appreciate the unique values, traditions, and perspectives of diverse communities and apply these insights to marketing strategies. The ultimate goal is to create relevant messaging, imagery, and select effective communication channels that authentically engage diverse audiences.

Growth Audience Marketing Performance: Role and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy

* Understand the demographics, trends, and consumer insights relevant to target audiences and aligned products.

* Leverage data and utilize sources of data market research using quantitative and qualitative methods.

* Analyze data and identify trends and insights relevant to multicultural marketing with application to a brand opportunity or solution.

* Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings with a structured go-to-market plan.

2. Campaign Development:

* Assist with the development of creative and effective marketing campaigns tailored to specific cultural segments for existing projects and/or develop a campaign for your proposed go-to-market plan.

* Contribute to content creation, including copywriting, social media content, and visual design.

* Research, understand and recommend media channels and partnerships for proper campaign communications to the intended audiences.

3. Project Management:

* Manage assigned tasks and projects independently, meeting deadlines and expectations.

* Collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds for a cohesive and integrated desired outcome.

* Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

4. Event Support:

* Should the Growth Audiences team have an approved experience, support would be needed to

assist with the planning and execution of multicultural marketing events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Majoring in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field (change based on function)
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2026
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
  • Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated interest and understanding of diverse cultures and their influence on consumer behavior.
  • Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive industry, current car trends, and target demographics
  • Multilingual Skills: Fluency in a second language
  • Creative Skills: Ability to think creatively and contribute to innovative marketing strategies
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience with social media marketing and staying up to date on current trends
  • Intern Experience: Prior internship experience in marketing or a related field
