Sr. Brand Designer

Our commitment to craft, quality, and authenticity has carried us for more than 160 years, and now we're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape what comes next.

In this role, you'll have the chance to think big and roll up your sleeves. You'll bring the brand's vision to life across every touchpoint, from early creative concepts to the final details that make a design sing. Some days will be about bold ideas and big-picture thinking, and others will be about diving into the details of execution. You'll work across print, digital, and in-store, building creative that connects with our customers and reflects the spirit of Pendleton as we step into our next chapter.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute design concepts that reflect and evolve Pendleton's brand identity across the full marketing funnel
  • Turn high-level brand direction into cohesive, scalable visual systems for use across campaigns and channels
  • Design and produce a range of assets including email campaigns, social media content, catalogs, print collateral, event and trade show materials, and digital marketing graphics
  • Maintain and grow brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and quality in all creative work
  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to produce assets that tell our brand story and drive results
  • Help define how our brand flexes in different contexts, knowing when to turn the volume up or down visually
  • Present ideas and completed work clearly to team members and stakeholders
  • Balance multiple projects, moving between creative concepting and detailed production work

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio that shows range, craft, and leadership in brand work
  • Experience with global brands, ideally in lifestyle, apparel, or home, whether in-house or at an agency
  • Strong command of typography, color, layout, and brand systems
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong photographic eye with the ability to curate and artfully integrate images into campaigns
  • Clear understanding of how to adapt brand identity across channels and audiences
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to keep brand vision front and center
  • Experience designing for both print and digital; UI/UX experience is a plus but not required
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to see projects through from idea to final delivery
