The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $73,600 - $99,400 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Red Wing Shoes is seeking a Software Developer to join our Business Technology team. In this role, you'll combine problem-solving, programming, and technical management to support and enhance the systems that power our business. You'll provide hands-on application and project support, perform daily integration activities, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is a Hyflex opportunity, requiring an estimated 1-day per week onsite at our Red Wing, MN corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions for assigned systems.
• Perform daily integration activities, including prioritizing incidents and coordinating work assignments.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using C#, Azure Functions, and related cloud technologies, as assigned.
• Build and maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow software development best practices, including code reviews and version control.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degreein computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experiencewith continuous integration and deployment, ideally usingAzure DevOps.
• ProficiencyinC#andMS Azure functions.

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, issue identification, and technical documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skillsto juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Basic software development lifecycles.
• Knowledgeof serverless concepts and developing cloud-based integrations.
• Proficiency in working with GIT repositories and performing pull requests.
