The Plant Technical Trainer will work with all levels of the organization to define the plant training needs as it pertains to job roles (technical, leadership and SPW) and prescribed loss stream, methods of delivery, trainer certification process, staffing and all associated costs, timing, tracking and assessment of training effectiveness. This will require the utilization and management of plant resources (classrooms, lab areas, online environments, trainers (PMS/UAW) etc.) to disseminate knowledge. Assist, coach and mentor participants and trainers through the PDCA process for the development of learnings. This position reporting to the Deputy Plant Manager, will be responsible for working with all centers to ensure the maintenance of current in-plant trainer's skill and tracking of all maintenance employee skill levels. Following defined corporate and plant processes to ensure ISO9001 requirements are met. Basic Qualifications:
