How you will make history here... The Sr. Manager, Omni Performance & Analytics will play a key role in assisting the Sr. Director, Omni Commerce in driving the strategic planning and performance tracking of our Enterprise, digital business. This position will play a critical role in helping develop Omni Strat Plans for each Power Brand across the enterprise, serving as a key partner to the Category and Growth Office teams. This role will also lead enterprise Omni reporting (monthly consumption eComm reports) and provide analysis on how we are tracking against Omni Share, Sales and Digital Penetration goals across the Enterprise. This role will drive best-in-class data governance across key eCommerce partners (eg. Circana ePOS) and First Party Platforms (eg. Scintilla & Instacart Ads) and will be highly cross-functional in nature. This role will lead 2 direct reports. What you will do...

Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
