Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst. This is a 5+ month contract position with a insurance client in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities: Implement and communicate best practices to identify quality processes throughout the organization Maximize the potential of ServiceNow's IT Operations Management software by ensuring data quality Develop and produce dashboard reports Conduct data evaluation to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery Assist with research and analysis of configuration, asset, and application data Assist with investigating customer issues and contribute to recommendations for action Experience analyzing data, compiling reports, and communicating feedback Report writing experience to evaluate and assess programs Required Qualifications 2+ years ServiceNow administration experience Demonstrated strong organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Strong analytical and decision-making skills with demonstrated sound judgment gained from experience in analyzing technical information. Excellent decision-making skills and complex problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent customer service skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, and interpersonal skills High level of computer competency, including Excel, presentations, word processing, internet navigation, database application, and dashboard design Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and meet deadlines, manage competing priorities and the ability to be flexible with changing needs of the organization Preferred Qualifications Advanced Analytical Skills using Excel Analytics Dashboards Data Integrity Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
