The Sales Manager position is a critical support and leadership role within the business center. This position will reside and support the tri-state territory of Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. This position is primarily responsible for managing daily sales operations along with coordinating the efforts of the Area Sales Managers. This is a developmental role that will prepare the candidate for advancement into various senior management positions. To that effect, the candidate may temporarily act as backfill for open positions (marketing, sales ops, supply chain, ASM...etc.). While the candidate will be involved in long-term strategic planning, the main thrust behind the role is to manage all facets of daily sales operations, as well as develop, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers within the Business Center.
