Staffmark is hiring a skilled Facility Technician to support our client's growing operation. If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and take pride in keeping facilities and production equipment running smoothly, we want to hear from you! Pay Rate: $28.48 - $32.31 per hour

Shifts Available:



  • Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday-Friday: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility systems and production equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical components such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, and gauges
  • Inspect and monitor equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Dismantle machinery or facility equipment to access and replace defective parts
  • Lubricate, clean, and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Complete and document maintenance work orders to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
  • Support general facility upkeep and contribute to a safe, organized, and productive environment



What You'll Bring:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of facility or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Skilled in using measuring tools, amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions
  • A dependable, professional approach and commitment to quality work
