General Summary:

This will be an intern position supporting the refresh of new desktops and laptops in Henry Ford Health environment

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with a mentor to learn how to refresh/replace an older laptop/desktop with a new replacement
• Auditing the current equipment of the end user and capturing asset information for future replacement
• Working with teammates to schedule a refresh of equipment in specific departments
• Scheduling and interacting with end users to set up a time for their PC replacement
• Taking direction from the mentor and assist where needed
