Summary of Job Description:

The Recruiter position partners with Support Center HR and internal client groups to recruit and staff new and vacant positions within corporate departments.This position proactively seeks and produces high quality candidates compatible with PRG's mission and culture to fill positions on a timely basis.The Recruiter handles the recruiting life cycle from sourcing to onboarding to exit interviews, ensuring successful hiring and retention of associates.The Recruiter also assists the Senior HR Manager in the facilitation of People Planning as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifies and recruits diverse candidates for open positions, building a strong candidate pipeline by building internal relationships with hiring managers and external relationships through participation in HR and hospitality industry organizations; seeks passive candidates as well as candidates responding to job postings.Uses internet, networking, college recruiting, and job fairs to source candidates.
  • Conducts phone screens, interviews candidates, and schedules interviews with PRG management; facilitates next steps with candidates and managers.
  • Administers criminal background and reference checking for selected candidates, creates offer letters, and extends offer packages, including negotiation around compensation and job terms and conditions.
  • Conducts onboarding process, including cultural orientation, to ensure retention of new associates.
  • Conducts exit interviews to understand opportunities for improved retention.Works with managers to ensure understanding and commitment to the company's mission, values, and culture.
  • Assists the Senior HR Manager in the facilitation of People Planning to evaluate internal candidates and identify high potential associates.Assists in coaching and advising leadership on issues related to hiring, associate performance, career and personal development, associate concerns, and terminations.
  • Provides other assistance as requested to Support Center departments, working with the HR Representatives, Managers, and Director as needed.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; business and/or hospitality majors preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in corporate recruiting with a retail or hospitality company, including lead generation, creative sourcing, and cold calling experience
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training

Pay Range: P2 $72,000-$101,500/ Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
