  • Program & Resource Planning: Play a central role in annual and quarterly planning. Translate strategic goals into integrated financial and operational programs, ensuring resource allocation supports company priorities.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Own financial compliance and performance for Workplace vendor contracts, collaborating with Strategic Sourcing to lead RFPs, negotiations, and ongoing KPI reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Identify opportunities and implement process improvements, leveraging AI and automation, to increase budget and operational efficiency, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring financial integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Program Delivery: Drive large-scale projects and programs that intersect multiple teams, managing cross-functional workstreams to consistently deliver against targets for cost, time, and quality.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong record of program ownership in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and delivering actionable insights from complex data.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Sourcing, to drive high-impact operational and financial programs.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance strategies for significant operational budgets or capital projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Able to influence, present, and synthesize complex information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive in identifying and applying AI-driven solutions to enhance financial decision-making and drive operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and high personal accountability for outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial analysis; familiarity with financial/ERP tools (e.g., Oracle, Coupa) and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
