Job Summary: The Senior Director, Technology Strategy & Solutions is a key member of the Boston Children's Hospital (BCH) Trust senior management team, responsible for shaping and executing the vision, strategy, and leadership of the Trust's technology systems. This position ensures technology serves as an enabler of fundraising success, donor engagement, and operational excellence, rather than a barrier. The role oversees a team of technology professionals responsible for enterprise applications (including CRM, analytics platforms, and collaboration tools), IT strategy and architecture, AI initiatives, user support, and strategic vendor management. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Senior Director drives digital transformation efforts and leads the implementation of modern, integrated, and customer-focused technology solutions. The role requires close collaboration with internal business units and BCH IT leadership to ensure system-wide alignment, security, and interoperability. Key Responsibilities:
