What You'll Do as a Clinic Manager:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of nurses,patient caretechnicians, and administrative staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptionalpatient care
• Overseepatient carestandards, includinginfection control,HIPAA, and compliance with federal, state, OSHA, andCMS regulations
• Drivequality improvementthroughQAPIinitiatives and active participation on the Governing Body
• Manage clinic operations including budgets, billing, reporting, and survey readiness
• Support homedialysisand acute service programs to expandpatient careoptions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to strengthen clinic impact

What We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state where the facility is located
• BSNpreferred
• Current BLS and CPR certification
• At least 12 months ofnursingexperience, including 6 months caring for patients with kidney failure, transplant, ordialysistreatment
• At least 3-5 years of experience in both clinical care andmanagementof anESRD(End-Stage Renal Disease) facility preferred
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply safety rules, technical instructions, and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and staff.

Salary Range:$90,000 - $120,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications
