JOB SUMMARY: The HCM Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of key Oracle Fusion HCM workstreams. This role owns the tactical project planning, tracking, and risk mitigation required for successful delivery of modules and features. As a liaison between technical and business users, the project manager ensures alignment, timely delivery, and quality.
This is a contract position for 18-24 Months JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage detailed project plans and workstreams across HCM modules (e.g., Core Talent, Absence) 2. Track progress, dependencies, and milestones in coordination with internal and external teams 3. Facilitate workstream meetings, prepare updates, and maintain issue/risk logs 4. Support data conversion planning, testing coordination, and configuration review 5. Provide status reporting and escalate risks as needed 6. Partner with change management teams to execute training and communications 7. Ensure cross-functional input and readiness during go-live 8. Mentor junior staff to ensure the efficient operation of department. 9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 11. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within. 12. JOB SCOPE:
