The role:

Reporting to our National Field Sales Manager, the Account Executive achieves monthly Invoiced Sales targets within an assigned geographic territory. You will increase sales and growth while ensuring consistency in brand execution across prestige retail partners.

The primary focus is Oribe Hair Care, although other brands may be added to the selling portfolio depending on our needs.

What you will do:

Invoiced Sales Achievement



  • Deliver monthly territory sales goals by building a strategic plan for territory growth
  • Collaborate with store retail teams in implementing optimally performing in-store strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets
  • Identify potential new business opportunities to increase channel profits


Training and Events



  • Implement brand training and events to ensure consistency in brand message across retailers


Budgeted Expense Achievement



  • Analyze monthly revenue and assigned budgeted expenses to mitigate risk and develop a plan of action should sales performance deviate from target
  • Manage freelance and gratis expenses within assigned budgets to maximize return on investment and increase sales through profitable growth


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75%
  • Sephora experience required
