This Position reports to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products according to Bill of Material ensuring the proper parts, components, revisions of parts, and documentation are included.
  • Determine wire routing, cut, strip, label, crimp and terminate wire and secure bundles in accordance with engineering documentation.
  • Layout cabinets, determining locations of components, wire and duct runs.
  • Ensure the completion and maintenance of all required paperwork, records, documentation, reject tickets reporting, etc.
  • Follow and comply with all safety and housekeeping rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of electromechanical assembly or related experience
  • Requires the use of ESD equipment and ESD safety shoes, and safety glasses and hearing protection according to the work being performed.
  • Ability to read and comprehend assembly instructions, electrical diagrams, wire tables, bills of materials, assembly drawings, schematics, and procedure manuals.
  • Requires ability to operate a wide variety of small hand and power tools, cut-off saws, punches, soldering tools, drill press, heat guns, a variety of precision measuring devices, crimping tools, hand trucks, overhead cranes, a computer and keyboard, etc.
