How Will You Contribute to the Company?
The Head of Americas Sales will be responsible for driving the Company's Americas revenue requirements & sales strategy. We are looking for a Head of Americas Sales that will be a market share leader driving Sales of Private Cellular Networks, Wireless WAN and Security products. This role reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer, Ericsson Enterprise Wireless and location can be flexible. Applications will be accepted through Friday, August 8, 2025.
What Will You Do?
- Lead and manage a Sales, Channels & SE team with direct revenue responsibilities of sales
- Must be able to effectively respond, communicate with, and present information to co-workers, customers, clients, and the general public
- Must have exceptional social skills and the ability to get along well with others
- Must have the ability to engage and influence executives within companies in the target market
- Handle, adapt and lead through stressful situations
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals as assigned
- Ability to continually grow sales revenue goals each quarter as assigned
- Proactively prospect into strategic accounts within a defined region and manage the sales pipeline
- Must be able to lead and coordinate the activities of assigned Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers, and Sales Operations teams
- Influence the Marketing team with demand-generation campaigns
- Ability to build, maintain, and expand sales training programs for the assigned team
- Demonstrate essential skills related to effectively leading a sales team
- Prioritize and adjust to the changing demands of the position
- Understand and explain the company's technology solutions to partners and customers
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Ten (10+) years of Sales experience and five+ years of Sales management leading global teams
- Experience with Enterprise customers in Networking Environment and with carriers
- Past management experience with high-growth companies and ability to manage remotely
- Prior management experience required including hiring, coaching, counseling, writing employee reviews, and training
- Proven track record of working with and coordinating activities with VARs and System Integrators
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume
- This position does require varying degrees of travel that could reach as high as 80% at times
- Employee must be able to travel and schedule multiple overnight stays, work the hours required, and coordinate vacations and personal time off in accordance with company requirements and schedules

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is $196k - $257k.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
