About the Role:This AI Platform Architect role sits at the heart of that transformation, within the team responsible for enabling multi-agent collaboration inside Teams. You'll architect the foundational capabilities that make agent collaboration possible: long-context reasoning, memory, tool use, agent supervision, and coordination. This is a rare opportunity to define the technical substrate for how agents and people work together, and to shape the future of productivity at global scale. ResponsibilitiesArchitect and evolve foundational capabilities for advanced AI agents, including long-context reasoning, memory systems, dynamic tool use, evaluation, alignment, and fine-tuning.Design and drive the development of a scalable platform for multi-agent collaboration, including orchestration, supervision, and inter-agent communication patterns.Guide and inspire a high-agency engineering team to rapidly prototype full-stack solutions in 0-to-1 environments.Identify breakthrough AI capabilities and translate them into technically grounded, compelling prototypes that shape product and platform direction.Partner across research, product, and engineering teams to transition innovation into robust, user-facing systems.Act as a strategic voice in defining future product possibilities, advocating for bold scenarios that push the platform's technical boundaries.Influence architecture and roadmap across multiple teams and orgs through clear vision, deep technical judgment, and trusted leadership. |
