Responsibilities
The facilities maintenance technician carries out skilled technical duties involving repair, maintenance, replacement, installation for all facility related maintenance needs where able. These duties can include simple carpentry, electrical maintenance, pipefitting, plumbing tasks as well as replacing light bulbs, painting/patchwork, grounds keeping, lubricating and performing simple maintenance on machines and equipment and other general maintenance as required. May include fixing, repairing and performing and troubleshooting on boilers, heat pumps, air-conditioning, chillers and refrigeration units and/or assisting/monitoring other parties while they provide on-site service. Qualifications Mininum Requirement 1 year of plant operation experience perfered and high school diploma/GED.
