About the role:

As a Work Week Manager you will oversee the scheduling, coordination, preparation, and execution of all tasks associated with preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work at the facility. Ensure the weekly schedule aligns with the priorities of the facility and level loaded to improve the use of available resources. Responsible for the preparation, planning, and execution of the plant outages to guarantee use of resources to complete identified work and return to operations.

You will report to the Manager of Work Management and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role 100% onsite.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling and execution of the weekly work week schedule to include all standard preventive maintenance work, and modifications in assigned areas. This work includes all mechanical, electrical, I&C, operator maintenance, construction, and contractor work in the facility



  • Coordinate the work activities between operations, maintenance, project teams, and Environmental Health and Safety



  • Monitor the progression of work in the current work week and escalate issues to guarantee a prompt response to minimize plant impact



  • Daily verbal and written report outs during functional equipment group outage



  • Primary partner during the biannual plant outages to ensure identified work is conducted safely.



  • Coordinate the resolution of issues to return plant to operations



  • Facilitate frequent update meetings to keep all partners informed of the plant status



  • Collaboration with project teams to ensure compliance with the work management policies and milestones. Facilitate recovery plans when projects are unable to comply



  • Manage all work scope within the T-6 window to ensure and optimized use of resources



  • Monitor resource allocation and level load work to ensure efficient use of resources



  • Develop and monitor KPIs and facilitate recovery plans when KPIs are below desired goals




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree required



  • Minimum 8 years in a manufacturing environment



  • Microsoft Office Suite tools.



  • Proficient in Primavera P6
