Job Description: Job Description: This is more of a professional role.
Must Haves: 2-5 years of experience with processing purchase orders in and ERP (Oracle/SAP as an example) (Oracle Fusion ERP experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills, speak to all levels of management. 2-5 years experience reconciling invoices to purchase orders Responsibilities: Placing purchase orders, expediting, and providing customer service functions. Compilation and maintenance of information and records to prepare Purchase Orders. Contact vendors and suppliers for quotations and maintain relationships. Reconciliation of payable discrepancies and customer problems. Enter and edit purchase orders and blanket order releases. Qualifications: Strong customer service skills. Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and above average math skills. Ability to handle pressure and work effectively within deadlines. Background in Business, Supply Chain, Communications (Bachelor degree preferred but not required) Open to reviewing overqualified candidates if they are open to the pay rate below*** Comments for Suppliers: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm (EST time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch, possible to be flexible on hours and can discuss in interview. |
