Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your process improvement and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates. You'll drive operational excellence by ensuring the continuous assessment and follow-up of performance metrics to secure the successful execution of ALSTOM projects in the North American portfolio. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, and Operational Leadership), implement the APSYS program to promote best practices, and support resource management processes, and much more." We'll look to you for:
Controlling and regularly updating the project database. ,
Ensuring project review governance is followed, operational issues are identified and reported, and repositories are updated with MPRs, FPRs, and other documents. ,
Promoting Root Cause Analysis for red KPIs. ,
Supporting resource management (S&OP process and P&FM) per projects and departments to ensure accurate data and usage of Alstom tools. ,
Ensuring users are equipped and supported for tools implementation." ,
Supporting project setup when transferring bids to operational teams. ,
Ensuring that necessary actions are defined, in place, and tracked.
