Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic development and execution of customer marketing initiatives aimed at fostering profitable long-term relationships. This role leads all facets of the marketing operations, including traditional and digital mail programs, database management, lead flow management, and loyalty/referral programs.

Success in this role requires extensive experience with MarkTech systems, including CRM and data management platforms, and a deep understanding of demand generation marketing principles. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will also be expected to provide strategic direction, optimize operational processes, and mentor junior team members to drive overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities & Duties



  • Multi-Brand Marketing Operations: Develop, implement and oversee marketing operations strategies across multiple brands, focusing on consumer loyalty, patient re-engagement, prospect engagement, and database marketing through channels such as Direct Mail, Email, and SMS, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while driving multi-channel revenue growth for the business.
  • Strategic Lead Flow Management: Oversee and optimize the organization of lead flow processes, ensuring that marketing lead generation efforts are accurately and efficiently integrated into the system with the goal to optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Campaign Optimization: Lead the development, testing, and tracking of innovative approaches to enhance the response rate of marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
  • Comprehensive Campaign Reporting: Plan and coordinate detailed reporting on marketing campaigns across the US, focusing on driving customer appointments, retention, and loyalty, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights.
  • Use to understand behavioral patterns of our existing customers and predict their propensity to take action.
  • Referral Program Management: Direct and enhance the customer referral program to maximize customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Campaign Activity Management: Set up strategy for campaign and campaign activities in CRM systems and manage all aspects of campaign activities, including data hygiene, segmentation, and integration, phone number allocation and referral source maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and accurate tracking.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of marketing activities that drive multi-channel revenue growth for the business, fostering strong partnerships and alignment.
  • Product Owner for Marketing Beyond Initiatives: Serve as the Product Owner for the marketing of Beyond launch/adoption initiatives for AC US. Work closely with the development team to identify and update operational marketing requirements, improving client experience, engagement, and day-to-day business processes.



Job Qualifications

Education:

* BSc or BA in Marketing or relevant field, MSc or MA preferred

Industry/Product Knowledge Required:



  • Proven Experience in Marketing Operations or a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM systems for effective customer relationship management.
  • Extensive background in lead generation and marketing automation programs.
  • Strong technical expertise with databases and analytical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • A deep commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and behaviors.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability in strategic leadership, technical proficiency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage projects

  • 7+ years' in relevant experience required
