The Mopar Repair & NA CE Sales Operations Manager position requires a self-motivated, energetic, results driven individual who is passionate about the automotive industry. This candidate must have solid analytical skills to comfortably extract and analyze sales, industry, and market data to prepare and track specific metrics to assist the team in achieving sales and profit goals. Additionally, this candidate must be able to proficiently interact with numerous internal and external organizations including Mopar Product Line Managers, Aftermarket Managers, Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales and Field Organizations as well as external partners to develop and present recommendations that proactively address opportunities that improve overall Repair and NA CE performance. This individual must have a thorough understanding of Powertrain commodity products as well as understand the industry and competitive landscape. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
