Title: Records Administrator
Location: Cleveland, TN

Salary: $53,000 - $63,000

Focus: The Records Adminisator is responsible for providing administrative support for all document management programs and assisting with processing incoming information as well as sorting, filing and coding documents for integration into specified storage areas.

Records Administrator Essential Job Functions:
  • Prepare paper documents for conversion to electronic records
  • Assists in scanning, indexing, and quality check document conversions
  • Assists in document reviews for retention destruction
  • Participate in special projects and investigations as required
  • Assist as needed with off-site storage box review
  • Assist Document Preservation Coordinator with document production projects as needed
  • Handle routine and non-routine administrative tasks with little direction from the supervisor
  • Order and maintain supplies for the department
Records Administrator Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree* preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF editor.
  • Documentum experience required
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter who can thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position strongly preferred
