Summary: Responsibilities include working with Technology & Operations Executive Management and their teams on strategy and execution, communications, providing change management/design thought leadership, improvement of employee experience, and agile transformation.

Essential Job Skills & Duties



  • Works with Technology and Operations Leadership to manage their portfolio of initiatives executing on the strategic plan and aligning it to budget.
  • Lead Agile Transformation for development teams.
  • Provide Executive Management Committee level presentations to highlight monthly and quarterly key accomplishments/opportunities for the Technology and Operations division.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management and the broader Tech & Ops team.
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with a large cross section of stakeholders, partners, and other bank leaders and teammates.
  • Become a trusted advisor to the Technology and Operations leadership team and leaders across the bank.
  • The ability to analyze data models, documents, user surveys, and workflows to deliver logical conclusions and to interpret and translate the needs of our teammates into problem-solving processes.
  • The ability to work with teammates and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business and technical requirements and how they work together to create successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate to identify strategic and innovative uses of technology to drive business growth through teammate experience satisfaction and profitability by process improvement and metrics alignment.
  • Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes.
  • The ability to connect and gather teammate feedback through surveys and roundtables, analyzing data, and creating reports for the management team.
  • Provide an eagerness to expand your knowledge base of banking and embrace challenges to support critical changes and accelerate execution.
  • Works with technology and operations project teams to craft/distribute communications and work with SMEs to design training as needed.
  • Is a member of and supports the Enterprise Change Management Advisory Group. Works with Project Managers to identify projects that may have a high impact on teammate activities.


Minimum Qualifications



  • 15+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformative initiatives, preferably with leading financial services institutions or consulting firms (e.g., Big Four, top-tier management)
  • Extensive experience with managing strategic and operational transformations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to operate in a demanding high-expectations and standards environment
  • Attitude to operate as a doer-leader, instead of a manager of people and tasks
  • Problem solver with an ownership mindset, instead of a facilitator
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Executive presence
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • High degree of comfort with ambiguity
  • Detail-orientation with excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to change
  • Positive, consultative approach to people leadership as a team leader and/or mentor
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
