Responsibilities

The Senior GEOINT Data Manager will support mission-critical intelligence efforts by leading data management, analysis, and advanced GEOINT processing to enhance operational effectiveness. This position requires managing large, complex geospatial data sets, overseeing advanced algorithm development, and collaborating with diverse intelligence teams to ensure mission success. The Senior GEOINT Data Manager may:

  • Lead the development, integration, and management of advanced GEOINT data products, including CAD model development, mensuration, and photogrammetry techniques.
  • Oversee research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms for image analysis, object detection, and measurement across various imagery types.
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration among military, agency, and civilian personnel to drive innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate GEOINT data collection, processing, and quality assurance efforts aligned with IC standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in geospatial data interoperability and advanced data analytics to enhance intelligence reporting.
  • Support operational and R&D initiatives by identifying data gaps and recommending improvements to data workflows and processing methodologies.
  • Represent the organization in cross-agency forums, contributing expert insights on GEOINT capabilities, emerging threats, and technology advancements.
  • Mentor and develop analysts, promoting best practices in data management, analysis, and tradecraft.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical intelligence products and briefings for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and analyzing large, multi-source geospatial data sets with a focus on advanced GEOINT sciences.
  • Expertise in photogrammetry, mensuration, CAD modeling, and image processing techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional teams in complex operational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement advanced algorithms for geospatial data analysis.
  • Experience with intelligence data standards, quality assurance, and interoperability within the IC community.
  • Skilled in producing actionable intelligence products and briefing high-level decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with IC mission, GEOINT tradecraft, and IC collaboration frameworks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in GEOINT or related intelligence disciplines.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics, geospatial intelligence tools, and software (e.g., ArcGIS, ENVI, or comparable platforms).
  • GEOINT Professional Certification or equivalent training preferred.
  • Experience in mentoring and leadership roles supporting workforce development and mission excellence.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.

Education Requirements:

  • BS, MS, or equivalent in Engineering, Geospatial Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related STEM discipline.
  • Additional leadership or data analytics certifications preferred.
