Position Summary The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking the progress of client project implementations. This role ensures timely delivery of services, provides technical support, and collaborates across teams to meet implementation goals. Key Responsibilities Note: Additional duties may be assigned, including those outlined in EdTech's Accountability Chart. * Deliver high-quality implementation services aligned with project goals. * Serve as the first line of technical support throughout the implementation cycle. * Perform setup, configuration, and activation tasks as required. * Develop and maintain project plans based on defined scopes. * Collaborate with the Relationship General Manager to ensure client satisfaction. * Partner with Customer Relations to expedite resolution of implementation issues. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
