We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Security Engineer to join our enterprise security team, focusing on the health, configuration, and support of endpoint protection tools in a high-security, high-availability environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional settings and is passionate about endpoint security, policy enforcement, and infrastructure stability. Candidates must be able to work on W2, no C2C at this time Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days onsite - Charlotte, NC Top Skills: 2-3 years of experience with CrowdStrike (policy implementation, exclusions, monitoring) 2-5 years of experience with McAfee tools: ePO, ENS, Application Control (whitelisting), DLPe Hands-on experience with ePO configuration, policy management, exclusions, and system tree Familiarity with BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper Strong understanding of Active Directory and endpoint support Experience with SQL Server and ITSM tools like Remedy is a plus Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support endpoint security tools including CrowdStrike and McAfee suite Monitor system health, implement policies and exclusions, and manage product upgrades Support infrastructure components such as BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and product managers to resolve complex issues Provide second-level support for desktop break/fix and endpoint-related incidents Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
