Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Day-to-Day Operations: o Partner with end user groups to assess and meet training needs with minimal supervision o Work with designated training professionals and end users to establish, implement, and maintain training assignments o Support the gathering and evaluation of metrics to ensure the effectiveness of training materials and performance solutions o Communicate site and end user needs to local training management o Facilitate the transition of new hires/transfer-ins from the training environment to the work environment o Manage assigned projects to meet milestones, review cycles, and deadlines 2. LMS Execution: o Administer the appropriate curriculum within the Learning Management System (LMS), including updates and assignments o Ensure training materials are integrated with the LMS and assigned per defined business processes o Support large-scale LMS initiatives as needed and advised by management 3. Training Impact Assessment: o Conduct training impact assessments for training activities and assignments tracked in the LMS o Collect and evaluate metrics to ensure the effectiveness of training strategies and performance solutions Work with end users to assist and troubleshoot LMS issues such as curriculum or assignments Support the gathering of metrics Escalate LMS issues or areas of feedback Training Impact Assessments as needed per requests Additional Skills & Qualifications DISQUALIFIERS No Learning Management System experience Too much experience - More than 5-6+ years of experience - This is more of a junior level role. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
