The Customer Service Admin is responsible for managing various tasks and projects asassigned by the Customer Service Manager to support our Customers, Customer Serviceand Sales teams. Manages multiple community email in-boxes and processes requestsfor information, quotes, and proper internal routing of requests. The CS Admin will beresponsible for managing our quote process. Monitors, follow-up, and resolves issueswith internal and external customers in a timely manner with the ability to draftprofessional and complete quotes and email communication responses. The CS Admin isan individual contributor position requiring excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Must have the ability to solve complex problems with a customer service focus andhandle multiple challenges simultaneously
Primary Responsibilities
- Support quoting and proposal activities and be able to present product offering
- Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensure all necessary information is obtainedfrom the customer
- Quote and Order entry into Leach CRM and or ERP
- Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring that allinformation is complete
- Accurately maintain records, files and reports in electronic format including emailcommunications, request for quote, purchase orders and all supporting documents asrequired per pour policy.
- Review and interpret contractual/specification requirements, internal flow-downrequirements, and effectively interface with internal teams to reach mutually agreeableterms with the customer
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience, ideally in the aerospace industry or a similar,highly regulated, B2B manufacturing organization
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong customer focus with ability to handle questions and / or complaints effectivelyand anticipate customer needs while taking personal responsibility and ownership overcustomers and challenges
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests and customers
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Experience with a CRM System, ERP System, Microsoft Access, SQL, Office 365
