Are you ready to turn up the energy and make fitness fun? Newport Healthcare is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fitness Program Coordinator to join our team! What You'll Be Rockin':

Create Awesome Fitness Programs: Design and implement engaging and safe fitness activities that cater to both guys and gals. Think fun games, exciting workouts, and everything in between!

Lead Group & Individual Sessions: Bring the energy to group workouts and one-on-one sessions that focus on building strength, flexibility, and cardio fitness. You'll be the life of the party!

Personalized Fitness Plans: Craft unique fitness plans for clients that keep them motivated and on track. Everyone loves a little personal touch!

Injury Prevention & Motivation: Coach clients on how to stay safe while they sweat it out and keep them pumped up to reach their goals. You'll be their biggest cheerleader!

Empower Through Movement: Share the joy of physical activity and its role in building confidence, optimism, and recovery. Help clients discover their inner strength!

Engage & Encourage: Interact with clients in a fun and supportive way, encouraging them to dive into activities and make the most of their fitness journey.

Keep It Safe: Ensure all fitness equipment and facilities are in tip-top shape with regular inspections. Safety first, fun always!

Feedback & Evolution: Continuously review and enhance the fitness program based on client and clinical feedback. Your ideas will help us grow!

Spread the Fitness Love: Instill excitement about developing healthy exercise habits and lifestyles. Let's make fitness a way of life!

Documentation & Communication: Keep everything organized and communicate with clinicians, staff, and parents as needed. Teamwork makes the dream work!

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred.
• Certification in a movement/flexibility/fitness practice required.
