The Opportunity

You'll work closely with factory leadership to design and deploy impactful learning strategies that drive both engagement and operational excellence. With a deep focus on modern adult learning practices and lean methodologies, you'll champion an inclusive approach to capability development at all levels of the organization.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Drive the strategy and execution of site-wide training programs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify development priorities

  • Enhance onboarding experiences to accelerate new hire success

  • Evaluate and optimize training using KPIs and continuous feedback

  • Maintain a robust training management system and tools

  • Empower trainers with materials rooted in adult learning principles

  • Champion accountability for learning and workforce capability

  • Leverage lean principles to elevate performance and engagement

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree or 7 years' experience in supervisory and leadership roles in a manufacturing or equivalent environment equivalent hands-on experience in Training

  • 3+ years in developing and delivering training programs

  • Proficiency with KPIs and metrics related to workforce learning

  • Lean management experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong communication, coaching, and project leadership skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
