Experienced with billing and business systems? Able to pivot to deliver innovative solutions using the latest technological tools? Problem-solver, analytical, and collaborative? If so, you could find a home on the Billing Operations & Technology team at Spectrum. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Lead Voice Engineer, you'll be responsible for product deployments and will be the lead for supporting server software installations performed by development, test, and deployment teams. You will also be responsible to ensure the day-to-day operations of the voice platforms. WHAT OUR LEAD VOICE ENGINEERS ENJOY MOST
In this role you will be the first line of contact for production issues and team escalations. You'll troubleshoot system and data issues for our national voice systems. You will excel in this role if you can work independently under limited direction and serve as a leader while working in teams.
