Job Summary What is the opportunity? The Vice President will be responsible for leading the development of impactful thought leadership programs and content marketing strategies that support the capital markets business globally. This role is a critical part of the Client and Marketing Strategy team and provides a unique opportunity to partner with business leaders in support of RBC Capital Markets' growth goals, deliver insights to clients that drive competitive differentiation and gain a deeper knowledge of the themes and trends impacting global economies, markets and industries. This position will be highly focused on content strategy, planning, development and execution to support business objectives, drive client engagement and articulate the RBC story. The Vice President will report to the Global Head of Content Strategy and Insights and partner closely on business engagement and management of all strategic and operational aspects of the global team. The Vice President will play a central role in content origination and coordination across omni-channel campaigns, including digital and traditional touchpoints, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital experience to ensure it supports the client journey strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with Corporate Communications, members of the Client and Marketing Strategy Group across regions, and most importantly with business leaders globally, to develop and execute marketing strategies that help position the business for success. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $125,000 - $145,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
