Job Description

Provide design services, including as a project architect responsible for the overall planning of one or more architectural design projects. Assist the firm in becoming more efficient and profitable, support the firm in securing new business and contribute to design excellence. As an individual contributor, mentor and assist with the professional development of staff and perform personnel reviews. Serve as primary daily project contact with clients.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Architecture degree.
  • 8 years of experience in or with Architectural Design Firms.
  • Other experience and skills must include:

    1. Licensed architect in the State of Colorado
    2. Strong independent design and presentation skills
    3. Facade design & detailing skills
    4. Workplace and Multifamily Residence projects experience
    5. Consultant Coordination and Project Scheduling
    6. Lead Project Documentation/Production
    7. Assistance with daily tasks assignments for internal staff
    8. Construction Administration experience
    9. Advanced Revit/SketchUp/Lumion/Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign skills
    10. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
    11. DEI champion


  • Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Salary & Benefits

Employer: RATIO States, LLC

Location: 1655 Grant Street, Denver, CO 80203

Annual Salary: $115,600 - $120,000
