Description Acara Solutions is hiring 2^nd shift Assemblers to work in the cleanroom for our client in Hatfield, PA! This is an entry level position, and we are seeking candidates with basic manufacturing experience or experience in mechanical or electrical assembly. What you'll get: Pay: $17-19/hr. based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm Position type: Temp to hire (The goal is to hire permanently after a successful temp period!) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurately and effectively plan and layout work in assembly sequence from bill of material Use hand tools to proficiently assemble sub-assemblies and complete meters After calibration, complete assembly by installing cans, fittings and labels Vacuum seal and/or package completed meters per established procedures Complete final assemblies on electronic products where trained Support company continual improvement initiatives Regular attendance and the ability to get along in a team environment Adhere to all safety procedures Other duties as assigned About Acara Solutions Acara is a premier provider of recruiting and workforce solutions-we help companies compete for talent.
