Machine Builder

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components, performing basic plumbing work, and ensuring product quality and workplace safety. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

  Follow all safety and quality guidelines and successfully complete site-specific training.

  Receive and organize components for assembly in the correct sequence.

  Assemble mechanical/electrical components using hand and power tools.

  
  
• 
  

  Perform solvent welding, thread taping, and wire color coding.

  
  
• 
  

  Assemble variations of in-house standard and custom products.

  
  
• 
  

  Update and redline drawings as needed.

  
  
• 
  

  Plumb standard/custom products and assist with in-house mechanical plumbing tasks.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain clean and safe work areas; conduct daily 5S and housekeeping audits.

  
  
• 
  

  Accurately enter work hours into ERP system (SAP, site-specific).

  
  
• 
  

  Complete all required production and quality documentation.

  
  
• 
  

  Support continuous improvement initiatives.

  
  

• 
  

  Minimum 6 months of relevant hands-on assembly experience.

  
  
• 
  

  Mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic experience is a plus.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to troubleshoot and rebuild ozone generators is highly preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools.

  
  
• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required.
