The Director Compensation is focused on enabling the growth of the company by designing and delivering programs that recognize and reward employees. This role is responsible for influencing and driving the strategy, design, implementation, and communication of the company's broad based compensation programs that align with our total rewards philosophy.

The Compensation organization is accountable for evaluating the effectiveness of our compensation programs and monitoring market trends to ensure market competitive compensation. This role leads a team of compensation consultants responsible for consulting with leadership and HR on compensation related issues, trends, policies and recommendations.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with market-pricing software (i.e. MarketPay)
• Prior supervisory experience
• Effective communicator
• Facilitate and present complex information to key stakeholders, including executives, managers and employees
• Knowledge of external factors affecting market conditions directly impacting the utility industry
• Demonstrated advanced excel skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Experience with Workday
