About the Role As a key member of the Talent Management team, this role supports BetMGM's talent strategy to attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing talent. The Senior Talent Development Partner - Leadership will drive our efforts to build leadership capability across the organization. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning experiences (both individualized and programmatic) that support the growth of senior-level leaders and ensure a strong leadership pipeline for the future. Sitting at the intersection of senior-leader development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic business partnership, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on shaping transformative learning experiences and is energized by helping leaders reach their full potential. Responsibilities
- Build and continuously evolve high-impact leadership learning experiences and programs targeted at mid- to senior-level leaders, aligned to business strategy and core leadership capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on topics such as team effectiveness, leadership development planning, change leadership, and organizational dynamics.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design content and agendas for leadership offsites, team summits, and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with leadership goals and team development needs.
- Lead engaging, high-trust, and practical learning sessions for senior leaders-both virtually and in-person-with expert-level facilitation tailored to different business contexts.
- Identify, adapt, and deploy best-in-class leadership frameworks, tools, and vendor content - incorporating a mix of internal and external thought leadership to meet evolving business needs.
- Own all phases of program delivery-from design to logistics to communications to post-program evaluation-ensuring a seamless participant experience and measurable impact.
- Define success metrics, gather feedback and performance data, and continuously refine leadership programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Team up with colleagues in Talent Management, DEI, and HRBPs, and other COEs to ensure leadership development efforts are integrated and aligned with broader people strategies.
Essential Functions
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in talent or organizational development, with a focus on senior leadership learning, team development, and change enablement.
- Experience consulting directly with senior leaders as a trusted thought partner; able to diagnose needs, influence direction, and co-create solutions such as leadership agendas, offsite content, and team-building strategies.
- Expert facilitator who can guide senior audiences through complex leadership topics and team challenges with confidence and clarity.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and leadership development frameworks; able to create and adapt content for a variety of learning formats.
- Demonstrated experience applying leadership assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, DiSC), team effectiveness models, or change leadership frameworks in real-world settings. Certification in one or more of these tools or models is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into action and influence outcomes at all levels of the organization.
- Experience evaluating program effectiveness using data and feedback to iterate and improve.
Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $176,500. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
